Meeting Pricing:

SIF ASSOCIATION MEMBERS  $110/day
NON-MEMBERS   $120/day

Hotel Room Pricing:

$130/night (all taxes & surcharges included)

For this conference, you MUST make hotel reservations directly with the hotel.  Nights are NOT included in the Complete Day Package.

You can make your reservation at the Crowne Plaza in two (2) ways:

1)  Phone the main reservations number 1-866-750-3365 and make sure you mention our group name: SIF ASSOCIATION or group code:  SAE.

2)  Go to online reservations www.crowneplaza.com/atl-airport, put in your desired dates and enter SAE in the field that says "Group code".  If you encounter any difficulties, please contact Lisa at lmarks@sifassociation.org or 202-276-2572.

If you have a specific room type request, such as two double beds, you can either make that request when you arrive (they will almost certainly have no problem even then) OR call the main reservations number to reserve it in advance.

The room block deadline is April 21, 2009.  Any reservations made after will have to be made through the reservations number and are subject to availability.
